Studio 5 Milford House is a sunny, open-plan self-catering studio apartment with queen bed. There is an area for sitting and relaxing or enjoying a home cooked or take-away meal. The large apartment has WiFi internet, Smart TV with Netflix and DSTV, kitchen and separate shower room.

The first floor studio apartment is accessed via a private secure entrance, and is ideal for two guests, with a cot being available upon request.

Should guests stay longer than 10 days, a weekly cleaning service is included.

Off-street parking is available for 2 cars, or guests may prefer to make use of Uber. The MyCiTi bus route is easily accessible for travel around the area or to Cape Town City Centre.
