The private entrance to the property opens onto a courtyard with outside seating area and private plunge swimming pool.

The main entrance sliding door opens to a short passageway, and into the sunny open-plan dining area and large, fully-equipped kitchen.

Situated to the right of the entrance is the ground floor double bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

The large and sunny air-conditioned lounge / family room with Smart TV includes Netflix and DSTV. Milford House also has WiFi internet accessible throughout the entire 3 bedroom holiday home. The outside courtyard is accessible via doors to the right. The kitchen is accessible via open entrance doorway, with under stairs storage that contains a safety deposit box / secure safe. Stairs lead to the two upstairs bedrooms, balconies and bathrooms. — The spacious and sunny air-conditioned lounge with Smart TV includes Netflix and DSTV. Milford House also has Wi-Fi internet throughout. The outside courtyard is accessible via doors to the right. 4 Milford House is fully secure and off-street parking is available. Alternatively, guests may prefer the convenience of Uber or making use of the local MyCiTi bus route to travel around the area, or to Cape Town City Centre.
